Mink Semi aquatic mammal belonging to the weasel family. One species is found over most of North America, and another sub species, inhabits Europe rare except in Central Asia and Russia. The mink in America is a slender, arched body about 20 to 28 in. long, including its bushy tail. The fur is durable, a soft under coat with its shiny guard hairs, its color is brown throughout the year.
